What We Do
​Premier Rehabilitation rebuilds and restores lives. Our professional therapists provide clinically excellent care to older adults in their living environment and in our clinics, believing in their strength and determination to achieve what once seemed impossible. Outpatient Therapy
We provide outpatient therapy services for a full range of cliental from post-surgical healing, pain management and ambulation training to memory care, stroke and dementia related treatments. Our certification with the Parkinson's Speak Out! program provides specialized voice training for Parkinson's patients. Our outpatient programs focus on producing industry leading results. It has allowed us to set the industry Platinum Standard for Clinical outcomes.

Dementia Treatment Programming and Training
Premier Rehabilitation is committed to improving Dementia Care in Assisted Living and Senior Living communities. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive training program was developed for staff, families, and caregivers.
