Our outpatient services for kids, young adults and older adults provide care for speech conditions, muscle weakness, post-surgical healing, pain, dementia, Parkinson's, reduced balance and many other treatable conditions. Our skilled clinical staff of Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy professionals provide patients with the treatments they need to heal and live a more functional life. ​

Insurance Coverage & Payment Options
​Premier Rehabilitation provides skilled care and services that allow kids and younger adults thrive and older adults to fight ageism. The common question asked with other rehabilitation services is:
Will these services be covered?
We accept Medicare in-network (for those age 65+ enrolled in Medicare), private pay and superbill (where payment is received upfront and we provide you a receipt for reimbursement from your insurance provider) as options to pay for therapy services that are medically necessary and provided under the skilled direction of our physical, occupational, and speech therapists. All payment options are verified, relayed, and consented to prior to the start of treatment; and individualized payment plans are available to those do private pay. Our friendly and helpful team will be happy to verify you and/or your patient’s health care benefits. We’ll work closely with you to accommodate your individual needs.
Please note that the superbill option may still require you to obtain prior authorization from your insurance before beginning therapy. Some insurance companies may not reimburse your superbill receipt without contacting them first for authorization of therapy services. Premier Rehab does not obtain prior authorization. Obtaining prior authorization from insurance is the responsibility of the patient.
